Yes, IHOPU Nightwatch is equivalent in credits to the first year of either our Forerunner School of Ministry or Forerunner Music Academy. Students who would like to continue their studies after the first year will have the opportunity to do so.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept international applications to IHOPU Nightwatch at this time. For internationals interested in applying to IHOPU Nightwatch in the future, please contact us early in 2020.

No, there is not a separate application process for the IHOPU Nightwatch scholarship. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a short addendum, to be completed as part of the application process, that will allow you to be considered for the scholarship.
Each applicant, even married couples, must complete their own application, including submission of a pastoral and personal recommendation (form included in application).
$1,000 for the duration of the program. Students will be asked to pay $250 by May 1st, $250 by June 1st and $500 in January 2020.
Fire in the Night is a 3- to 6-month internship. IHOPU NightWatch is an 11-month commitment. For those unable to commit to 11 months of training, we encourage you to apply to Fire in the Night, while understanding that the scholarship is only available to IHOPU NightWatch (11-month) students.

Yes, scholarships are available to students on a need-based basis. Once an applicant has completed the regular application process for one of the programs listed above and has been accepted, he or she may apply for a scholarship.
Because IHOPU NightWatch will cover the curriculum of our first two semesters, which would be repetitive to those who have already completed a program (or a portion of a program) with IHOPU, current and former students and interns are not eligible to apply. However, if you are a current student and are interested in switching your prayer room hours to the NightWatch, please contact your program director; we would welcome your inquiry.

We welcome applications from those with families. Please note your specific circumstances on your application and we will be glad to talk with you personally during the review stage of the application process. /If accepted to the program, married students and/or those with children will be responsible for securing their own housing. In that case, the student’s housing costs will be subsidized by the scholarship award, but meals will not be covered.
We are looking for students who will take seriously the commitment to stand before the Lord throughout the watches of the night while fully engaging an an academic course load with excellence. No further prerequisites apply; applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Although students will engage in classroom instruction as well as hands-on training throughout the program, the first phase (June–December 2019) will focus more heavily on time in the prayer room and integration into the NightWatch community, whereas during the second phase (January–May 2020) students will undergo a full academic course load in addition engagement in the prayer room.
IHOPU NightWatch will begin June 18, 2019 and end mid-May 2020.
Students will wake up around 3pm in the afternoon, have classroom, small group and free time throughout the afternoon and evening, and engage in the prayer room from midnight to 6am. At 6am, students will go to sleep until 3pm that afternoon.
